PAINT AND DECOR TRENDS FOR 2022
BY AMY LAWRENCE
INTO THE WOODS
Deep green, neutral tones, and texture in the wood were used to add a masculine touch to this office.
Popular interior design colors are constantly changing year to year. For 2022, green is a trending hue that soothes and brightens any space. Green represents hope, rebirth, and sources inspiration from nature’s elements. In the past, we’ve seen whites, grays, and cooler tones, including blues, but now people are searching for warmer colors and textures to elevate their interiors. Green tones can pair with textures like wood and natural fibers, creating warmer areas inside homes. Whenever possible, I suggest adding gold hardware to enhance the earth tones and bring a stylish element to your space.
